Geeeeeeeeeeeeeez, even more than I am thrilled about the festival...I am tickled to spend an entire FOUR day adventure with my girl! We have the best times together, never a dull moment. I know it sounds totally corny or like we are total lesbians...OR you just think we're weird. 

Well, your wrong. Nothing weird going on here...unless of course it's weird to find your soul mate in a completely platonic, same sex straight friendship. Then, HELL...we are the definition of WEIRD. Ever since we moved in together we have been spoiled with the best possible relationship one could dream of. When we first moved in with each other everyone warned us it might ruin our friendship...F that noise, from day one my biggest fear about living with Kristina is that someday....it might come to an end(of which we don't DARE speak of).

We fit together like a puzzle 

and, I love our love and I am thankful 

that someone actually receives the prize that was promised 

by all those fairy tales that drugged us.

What of it?

You can't please everyone so, you've got to please yourself.

(Maybe) You shouldn't over think anything?

Or I'm just being truthful?

People always flock to me. Left and right...whenever I go out. They tell me "I love your outfit!" "You have beautiful energy." "I feel a connection with you." ETC....ETC...ETC...

(And YES, they are usually a bunch of hippies.)

(Maybe) I'm just another pretty face with a body to match.
(Maybe) I'm different?
(Maybe)...I don't know who/what/where I am anymore.
(Maybe) I just can never wipe the smile off my face?
(Maybe) I just dance cute?
(Maybe) They just want to eat me up.

(Maybe) I'm okay with ALL of that. 

(Maybe) I'm just a reflection of you.

(Maybe) I wear my heart on my sleeve.

I do have awesome energy, sometimes I get a natural high from it. That's because I'm a great person. I don't do anything deceiving, I think of others first, I'm just...nice. (MAYBE) There are not very many people like me?

Really, though...I'm just a simple happy girl and I don't want any complications. That's the one thing I do know. That's all I really know for sure.

March to the beat of your own drum...

But... don't beg for followers. 

Celebrate and respect every ones differences. If you feel that you have positive knowledge that could help someone expand and grow then please, let it out. However, never let the explanation of your views turn into a negative discussion. Leave people thankful that you enlightened them rather that irritated that you attacked them. 

 If you don't understand something...at least accept it.

This is one of my favorite photos of all time taken by one of my favorite photographers of all time, Ruth Orkin.

Any lady(not woman, lady) would agree it is sooooooo annoying when men act barbaric or stare like it's the last pretty girl they will lay eyes on. However, what is exceptionally annoying is to know that the times have changed so much and they just don't mold men like they used to.

When this photo was taken any of those men probably would have loved to marry that beautiful woman...NOW, when a man looks at you all he (probably) wants to DO is...wellll, YOU. If your okay with that, then more power to you!
